Terms of Agreement

The use of Ranks.fr services (generally called "services" herein) is subject to acceptance of our terms of service. You cannot use our services if you do not agree with the following conditions.

Ranks.fr Service

Ranks.fr, powered by the company KIWAX SARL, offers a positioning follow-up tool for web professionnals, and self-employed individuals. This tool is available at https://www.ranks.fr/

Test period

When a user subscribes to Ranks.fr, an account is automatically created. Each user gets a 30-day trial period to test our services for free (based on the funtionalities of the'Webmaster 10' offer). No banking information is required during this trial. After 30 days, if the user decides he/she wants our services, he/she can subscribe to any of our Premium offers. If he/she does not subscribe to any Premium offer at the end of 30 days, the account will automatically be terminated.

Arrears

Accordance with the french legislation in force on 1 January 2013 of Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, compensation will be payable for profesional customer calculated on the basis of three times the legal interest rate in effect as well as a lump sum for recovery costs 40 euros.

User's responsability

The user agrees not to create multiple accounts Ranks.fr.

The user is the only one in charge of his own account on Ranks.fr's website, and its content and its use.

Terms of Service

Information provided by Ranks.fr are solely statistical information and we offer no guarantees. The Spyranks Team cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever for any injuries suffered by the user or third parties, resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

The user is now informed that during his/her visits on the site, a cookie is installed on his/her browser. A cookie is an element which does not identify the user but it is used to record information relating to its navigation on Ranks.fr. Settings of your software browser enable to know cookies presence and to refuse them.

The user agrees not to access (or attempt to access) any portion of our services by any other means, but only through the interface provided by Ranks.fr, unless you have been specifically authorized by Ranks.fr as part of an agreement.

You agree not to undertake in any activity which interferes or disrupts the services of Ranks.fr voluntarily (or the servers and networks connected to our services).

Personal Information

In accordance with information technology and freedom laws of January 6, 1978 and August 6, 2004, the user has a right to access, modify and remove data. To do so, thank you for contacting Ranks.fr at contact@ranks.fr.

Remove an account

Terms and conditions herein will be applied until their termination according expected modalities below. Each user can at anytime terminate his account by notification to Ranks.fr at contact@ranks.fr.

Termination of Service

The Ranks.fr Team reserves the right to at any time terminate all or a portion of the services provided by the site Ranks.fr. If this extreme case should happen, undertaken costs by the user to a premium offer not consumed, would be reimbursed in proportion to current premium offer remaining time.

Property

Total or partial reproduction of this site by any means, without the express permission of the Ranks.fr team is prohibited and constitutes a counterfeit punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the French Code of intellectual property.

Sanction

In case of failure to comply with these terms and conditions, Ranks.fr will terminate any user account that has violated these conditions at any time, without compensation and without notice.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are totally subject to French Law. All disputes concerning the interpretation and/or application are exclusively within the jurisdiction of Grenoble.
